The procession will be heading behind Old City Hall and then down Center Avenue ending next to the Georgia Pacific building by Roeder Avenue. You can either join in the procession or choose a place to watch along the route (the steps in Maritime Heritage Park will be a great viewing location).

Entries may appear in Whatcom Museum and City of Bellingham publications and in various places such as print, TV, and the Internet.” [www.cob.org]
Starting today, entries are being accepted! Submit your work now through May 14!
